And We Have Molars!

Jacob's top two molars have broken through!  Sadly enough, my mom was the one that realized it while she was babysitting today.  I spend every. single. second with that kid and she is the one that notices?  I'm sure this wins me the Observant Mother of the Year Award.  (In my defense, I was looking for bottom molars.)
